CARISSA LETZ, PMP
Owner / Lead Consultant
Carissa began her career writing code for a telecom company in eastern Iowa. After earning a B.S., Computer Science from the University of Iowa, Carissa moved to Chicago and began writing project plans instead of perl scripts. She earned a Master's Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University in 2003 and her PMP in 2004. Carissa has managed projects of up to $10M; programs of up to $46M; global teams of over 100 employees, contractors, and vendors; portfolios consisting of several dozen projects; and, conducted training on PMI-certified curriculum. She is a firm believer in incorporating laughter into every status meeting.
Carissa's favorite personal projects involve piles of yarn and a crochet hook. She and her husband live in Chicago and serve at the pleasure of their sweet but extremely naughty Clumber Spaniel, Luke Cage.
